Every one of these results was already possible before I arrived. The capacity was there. The offer was there. The founder was there. What was missing was the system and someone who actually gave a shit about making it work.
This is what happens when a business finally has both.
She came to me doing $80K months. By most people's standards, she was killing it. But every month felt like starting from scratch no real system, no rhythm, just hustle on repeat.
We started by solving an immediate problem: old stock sitting in a warehouse tying up cash. We ran a strategic 60% off sitewide sale. Not a desperate discount a deliberate one. We cleared every last unit and sold out completely. In the process we built a list of buyers who already loved the brand.
Then we launched the new collection but not to everyone. Every customer from the sale got exclusive early access, treated like the VIP they were. We added real urgency because it was real: we'd literally just sold out, new stock had arrived, and it genuinely might not last.
She made $80K in one week.
We locked this in as a quarterly strategy. 40% off for the pre-launch sale going forward enough to move product, not enough to devalue the brand. We layered in loyalty points and an ambassador program so her best customers became her most powerful marketers. We built a real community.
She hasn't dropped below $200K a month since the end of last year. And we have zero plans to slow down.
The system works whether the problem is revenue rhythm or buyer trust. Because underneath both is the same thing: a marketing ecosystem that isn't connected.
She was doing $90K months. Busy. Growing. And running hard-sell ads featuring before and after content that was converting at 3x ROAS on Meta and 5x on Google. Decent but nowhere near what her results actually deserved.
The problem wasn't the offer. The problem was that her marketing was skipping the most important part: connection. People knew what she did. They didn't know why she did it or whether they could trust her with their money.
We rebuilt her marketing ecosystem from the ground up. Led with purpose her actual story, her values, the reason she started this business. We created content that made people feel something before they were ever asked to buy anything.
The shift was immediate. People who'd been lurking for months started reaching out. Her DMs filled with warm leads who already felt like they knew her.
Her Meta ROAS jumped to 10x. Google hit 12x. Same offer. Same budget. Same audience. Completely different relationship with her buyers.
She was scared at first worried that "all that other content" was irrelevant and would hurt her revenue. It did the opposite. She's now scaling her spend because the returns are too good not to. She's on track for $180K this month.
Sometimes the fix is philosophical. Sometimes it's embarrassingly simple. Both require someone to actually look at what's happening instead of just tweaking the ads.
She was spending real money on ads every day and watching her retargeting campaigns quietly bleed budget. She'd already switched her creative twice, rebuilt her audiences, and lowered her budget to try to improve efficiency. Nothing was working. She was starting to wonder if retargeting was even worth it for her brand.
She was sending her retargeting ads to her collection page. Not the worst move better than the homepage. But a collection page wasn't built to convert warm traffic. It was built to browse.
Warm traffic doesn't browse. Warm traffic needs to be met with the exact message that matches the ad they just clicked. Anything else and they bounce.
We built her a dedicated landing page in under 5 minutes using Claude Code. One offer. One message. One action. No navigation pulling people away. No distractions. Just a page that spoke directly to the person who'd already shown interest.
Her retargeting ROAS jumped from 5x to 16x. Same ads. Same budget. Same audience.
Different destination.
This is why I tell every single client: every ad campaign needs its own landing page. Not your homepage. Not your collection page. A page built specifically for that offer, that audience, and that moment in the buyer journey.
One page. One message. One action. The smallest changes in the right place produce the most disproportionate results. Which makes the next story make complete sense.
She joined Profit, Purpose & Play fired up and ready. First month she went heads down on her ads setting up campaigns, tweaking creative, optimising audiences. Doing everything right inside Ads Manager.
And nothing was moving.
Her bottom line wasn't shifting. She started to think maybe ads just weren't for her.
Then we got on a call. And I saw the problem within about 90 seconds.
Her ads were fine. But while she'd been laser-focused on the campaigns, everything around them had quietly fallen apart. Her organic content had shifted to polished "team of experts" energy when what her audience actually needed was to see HER. The real person behind the business.
Her email flows hadn't been updated to match any of the messaging changes we'd made in the ads. So people were clicking through and landing in a completely different conversation. Mismatch everywhere.
She fixed it all in one month.
Month two: revenue up 22%. Month three: up 67% on where she started. Same ads. Same budget. A connected, consistent ecosystem.
This is why I will never stop preaching the marketing ecosystem over any single channel. Ads don't work in isolation. Nothing does.
In every case so far, the results were already available. They were just locked inside a disconnected ecosystem. This last story is for anyone who's been told the problem is them, not the system.
She'd been working with ad agencies for years. Paying $8K a month in retainers. $800 a day in ad spend. ROAS of 3-6x, sales coming in, hope was high.
Then it wasn't.
ROAS dropped to 0.3x. Sales disappeared. Cash bleeding daily. The agency had no answers just excuses and another invoice due on the first of the month.
She came to me panicking. She was this close to shutting the whole thing down. Bankruptcy felt inevitable. She thought she had no options left.
Here's what she didn't need: another agency.
She needed the strategy, the skills, and someone who actually gave a shit about her business as much as she did. So instead of handing her ads back to someone else to run, we spent one month learning to run them herself with my system.
$34K saved in the bank after month one. ROAS at 6x out of the gate.
Three months later she was doing $100K months, running her own ads with zero agency retainers. All profit. All hers.
Not because she jumped to the next agency. Because she stopped outsourcing her power and started owning her marketing.
"WAAAAIT I CANT believe my bloody eyes in ads manager. Wdym my ROAS is 28?! My last agency literally said this would be impossible. I'm shook."
"5 weeks ago I was struggling with no money in the bank thanks to an ads agency that ruined my business. Today I have over $32,000 in the bank, all my expenses are paid, and my profits keep rising steadily."
"We've got $45k on Meta and $111k on Google in the last 7 days. Avg ROAS of 650% across the two platforms."
"I was stuck at $10K months and freaking out about launching. Well, girl, your MAGIC worked! My launches have been INSANE. Sold-out-in-a-week INSANE. Monthly revenue is up $15k and still climbing!"
"Started running ads with your system last week and already have 4 sales and 30+ leads. YOU'RE INCRED!!!"
"I've had more Thrivecart orders since I signed on with you than the whole time before lol."
"I finally stopped launching and started converting daily. The difference was having a real ecosystem instead of random acts of marketing."
"I came in doing $50K months thinking I just needed better ads. Turns out I needed a completely different way of thinking about my marketing."
"I'm looking at my stats right now and I literally don't have words. You've changed everything. We are so grateful."
"For the first time EVER, I feel in control of my marketing, and I'm actually PROUD of what I'm putting out there. It's authentic, it's effective, and it feels SO good!"
"You didn't just help me with numbers or strategy you completely transformed my mindset, my outlook, and my life. Thank you for being the reason my business thrives today."
"You know I have worked with so many agencies and freelancers over the years. But seriously you are the ONLY PERSON I trust with my ads accounts. You actually tell me what you're doing so I don't feel like a doorknob."
"I can't recommend Bree enough. I had zero experience and she showed me everything from the ground up. I never felt like just another client. I have now hired her to be my ads manager because I 100% trust her work."
"You're not a marketing coach, you're a freaking FAIRY. I honestly don't think I could've done this without your guidance and the support of the other amazing women in the Circle."
"I loved your spirit, enthusiasm and kindness genuinely have not seen that yet in a marketing agency."
"Can confirm it is so much fun making meta my sugar daddy hehe. Thank youuuu for all your genius."
"The more I do, the more I can keep coming back to you to get better and better! I feel like I learn so much about how I would approach this next time from our sessions."
"Also your fucking resources are so good. Like wtf."
They just needed the system. And someone who actually gave a shit about whether it worked. That's what I do. Let's talk about yours.
